1. Allow “All Photos” access is not enabled for VSCO.

2. The iCloud backup including VSCO data on your device has not completed downloading images for the Photos app from iCloud, or there is an issue with the iCloud backup restore process.

To resolve this issue, try the following steps:

1. If VSCO not working, than allow vsco to access “All Photos” in the Photos app. If you didn’t initially enable this feature, you can enable it by opening iOS Settings > VSCO (scroll to the bottom of the Settings page) > Photos > Enable “All Photos” access.

2. Wait until your device fully restores the iCloud backup (including all images in Photos) before you import images into VSCO or view existing images in Studio. We recommend waiting for the iCloud backup restore to complete on your device before opening VSCO.
